The ideal requirements for successful applicants are:

• Experience with Commercial Property and Liability claims management
• Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance industry, in relation to claims handling and the insurance legal and regulatory framework
• Proven ability to negotiate fair and equitable claims settlements
• Working towards or have achieved industry qualifications
• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Suite of applications
• Must work well both independently and in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage professional relationships with various stakeholders
• Lloyd's & London market and multi-national claims experience preferred
